Release agent

EXP 100 is a release agent for precast elements. It has been specially formulated to give an easy release of the concrete and mortars from the forms, and to improve the appearance of concrete surface making it smooth. EXP-100 can be applied on different surfaces such as wood, metal polyester molds and others, where easy release and good surface finish are required.
EXP 100 reduces application time, makes the cleaning of the forms easier and protects the surface of the forms.
It is not toxic and does not contain solvents. Also it is easily applied and has good coverage.

Can be applied either by a sprayer, roller or a brush. When it is sprayed or by any other way of application, every surface which will come in contact with concrete must be completely covered and the width of coverage must not be too little or too much and must be about the same throughout.
