Powder resin

VePR ZJ 20 is a copolymer powder of vinyl acetate and ethylene which is easily dispersible in water and has good saponification resistance. It also has a wide range of usage.

Ready-mixed mortars modified with VePR ZJ 20 can improved adhesion, flexural strength in bending, abrasion resistance, deformability. It has good rheology and water retention. Can increase the sag resistance of tile adhesives, it can made up to tile adhesives with excellent non-slump properties and putty with good properties.

VePR ZJ 20 has no effect on rheological properties and is a low-emissions, general-purpose powder in the medium Tg range. It is eminently suitable for formulating compounds of high ultimate strength.

Typical applications for VePR ZJ 20: not only for blending with inorganic binders, such as cement, gypsum, plaster and hydrated lime for the manufacture of thin bed mortars, self-levelling mortars, wall troweling compounds, tile adhesive and joint filler, but also as the exclusive binder for synthetic-resin-bound systems.
